Here is our depiction of our holidays – I helped her draw it. We’ll start with the stick figures. It shows how we were doing our social distancing between our families. We made sure we did zoom and video meetings with family. We couldn’t go shopping so we did online shopping instead. No Santa photos at the mall so we just took photos at home instead in front of the Christmas tree. There was a focus on face masks and hand sanitizer. I think it worked out for our family. When COVID started she was just over a year. When things got better, she was older and more aware of her surroundings and what’s going. I think for her it didn’t impact her as much as if she’d been a bit older when it started.
